The inspiration behind Kaisimou

Mary Kaisimou is more than a fashion designer – she is a woman with deep passion for the art of tailoring, pattern cutting, and perfect fit. With roots in Karditsa and a creative base in Peristeri, Athens, she has dedicated over two decades to couture design and garment transformation.

From emotionally-charged wedding gowns to stylish everyday pieces, Mary designs with one goal: to highlight each woman’s unique beauty. Every seam, every fabric, and every silhouette has a purpose – to bring out the best version of the woman wearing it.

The Atelier

Her physical boutique, located in Peristeri (37 Sarantaporou St.), is a creative space where traditional craftsmanship meets modern aesthetics. The atelier offers:

• Made-to-measure garments.
• Professional alterations and repairs for all types of clothing.
• Youthful casual pieces, with a focus on kimonos and plus-size fashion.
